BEST DRESSED

Saif, Deepika and Diana Penty

Do we like this heady mix? Yes, yes, yes we do. We like the grey-black spaghetti-strapped jumpsuit Deepika is in and we love her bright orange accessories. Saif clearly likes to keep it simple, although the bright white shoes are a little off. As for  Diana , we like the ensemble, but we would have done away with the gold beauty pageant sash.

Madhoo

Now, here’s someone who has turned it around for herself. From always being trashed for her terrible dress sense, Madhoobala seems to have it all together in this casual printed dress. We would have done away with the black sack though.

Kirron Kher

She has never featured in this column, as she is usually a little too over-zealous with her choice of colours. But this time, her muted green, her beautiful earrings and that lovely gold mala or chain, well, the whole thing just gives her a glow, doesn’t it?

WORST DRESSED

Jaya Pradha

Unless this is some political rally, this vaguely tri-colour saggy salwar just doesn’t cut it. And the embellished arms are a complete no-no. Jaya darling, we know you are a yesteryear heroine, you don’t need to prove it with the costumes.

Poonam Pandey

We get that you like to show off, but you know what, try a little moderation. As the saying, goes too much of anything isn’t good for you, in this case, we’re talking about the people around you. Cover up a bit honey, leaving something to the imagination is good too.

Shriya Saran

For someone with one of the best figures in the industry, you’ve managed to neutralise it with some terrible dressing. Whatever happened to those beautiful LBDs you used to wear Shriya?
